Basic Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Bids and Drive Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website and related services (collectively, the “Site”).

We are registered in Kenya and have our registered office along Kiambu Road, Nairobi. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver

Connecting Car Sellers and Bidders

Bids and Drive Ltd. provides a platform connecting car sellers (“Sellers”) and bidders (“Bidders”). We act solely as a marketplace and are not a party to the sale transaction.

Sellers are responsible for completing sales, and Bidders acknowledge that winning bids are binding. We do not guarantee vehicle condition, accuracy of listings, or seller conduct.

Basics of Using the Site

You may be required to create an account and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes, fraudulent activity, data scraping, harassment, uploading malicious software, or violating any applicable laws.

User Submissions

Any content you submit remains your responsibility. By submitting content, you grant Auto Server Solutions Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Services.

Copyright Infringement
