Common Issues

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password
  2. Ensure you're using the correct email address
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try a different browser or device

If you still can't log in, contact support for assistance.

Payment processing times:

  • Sellers: Payments are released within 24 hours after buyer approval. Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.
  • Buyers (refunds): Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

If it's been longer than this, check your spam folder for payment notifications or contact our finance team.

Listings may not appear immediately due to:

  • Approval Process: All listings are reviewed before going live (typically 4-24 hours)
  • Technical Issues: Occasionally there may be delays in listing visibility
  • Search Filters: Check that your search filters aren't excluding your listing

If your listing hasn't appeared within 24 hours, contact support with your listing ID.

If the vehicle doesn't match the listing:

  1. Document the issues with photos/videos immediately
  2. Contact the seller through our messaging system
  3. If unresolved, contact BIDnDRIVE support within the 12 hours inspection period
  4. Provide evidence of the discrepancies

We will mediate and if appropriate, arrange a refund through SafePay.
