How to make a great photo

Requirements

• At least 20 high-res photos of the entire car
• Cold start & Walk-around videos

Step 1 — Clean Your Car
Clean thoroughly, inside and out, wipe any water spots, and remove personal items.

Step 2 — Choose a Great Location
Simple and pleasing background, unoccupied location, and nothing distracting near the car.

Step 3 — Download the App
Download the photo taking app as directed by a customer support rep

Step 4 — Login and Account Settings
Open the app and enter the login token sent to you. Tap Login to proceed

Step 5 — Capture Vehicle
Select the red circle (+) button at the bottom. Scan the VIN or enter manually details such as make, model, and internal stock number

Step 6 — Vehicle Type and Background Theme
Pick the required vehicle type (e.g., Sedan, SUV, Pickup, Van, or Camper). If your token has multiple background themes assigned, select your preferred theme

Step 7 — Take Photos of the Vehicle
Hold your smartphone straight and use the visual navigation for orientation. Once the app indicates everything is perfectly aligned, save the photo. The AI will automatically cut the vehicle within 5 to 20 seconds. Repeat until all required perspectives are photographed. Use the top-right button to switch between visual aids: "Ghost-Mask", "Overlay", and "Alignment".

Step 8 — Force Photography
If you need to take a photo at an odd angle, hold the shutter button for 3–5 seconds. This function allows you to take images however you like

Step 9 — Adjust Orientation
Manage photo sequences in Settings > Order Orientation. You can toggle AI-based editing on or off as needed
