Job Description;
This role manages internal systems, platform administration, and staff technical support, ensuring
smooth internal operations and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities;
• Manage staff system access, permissions, and dashboards.
• Support internal users with platform tools and software.
• Maintain internal records, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Assist with content updates (banners, notices, help pages).
• Coordinate with developers for bug reports and updates.
• Ensure data security and access control.

• System downtime incidents
• Internal support response time
• Number of unresolved technical issues
• Accuracy of internal records
• Staff system satisfaction score
• Security compliance incidents (zero tolerance)
