Job Description;
The Finance & Records Officer manages all financial transactions, bookkeeping, and compliance
related to vehicle auctions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Record all auction sales, commissions, and fees.
• Manage buyer payments, seller payouts, and refunds.
• Issue invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and auction records.
• Maintain tax, audit, and compliance documentation.
• Track outstanding payments and financial risks.
KPIs
• Accuracy of financial records (error-free entries)
• Payment processing time
• Outstanding receivables rate
• Monthly financial reporting timeliness
• Audit compliance score
• Cash flow accuracy
