Job Description:
The Operations Manager oversees the entire auction lifecycle—from vehicle onboarding to auction
close and post-sale coordination. This role ensures smooth daily operations, accuracy, and system
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities;
• Manage auction schedules and listing approvals.
• Coordinate inspections, vehicle data accuracy, photos, and documents.
• Ensure auctions go live and close on time.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Accounting teams.
• Improve workflows to reduce delays and errors.
KPIs
• Auction uptime and on-time launch rate
• Listing error rate (data, images, documents)
• Average listing-to-auction time
• Auction completion success rate
• Internal issue resolution time
• Operational cost efficiency
