Role Title: Automotive Auction Sales Executive

Job Description:
The Sales Executive is responsible for onboarding vehicle sellers and buyers onto the auction
platform, driving auction volume, and generating platform revenue. This role focuses on
relationship building, inventory acquisition, and bidder expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and onboard vehicle sellers (dealers, exporters, fleet owners).
• Register and activate buyers and bidders on the platform.
• Explain auction rules, fees, bidding process, and timelines.
• Follow up on leads from website, WhatsApp, email, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly vehicle listing and bidder registration targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
KPIs (Performance Metrics)
• Number of vehicles listed per month
• Number of active buyers onboarded
• Conversion rate (leads → listings)
• Auction success rate (sold vs unsold vehicles)
• Monthly revenue generated
• Client retention rate
